I just wanted to tell you that your office does not suffer from "The HMO Syndrome". Your staff is wonderful and attentive and made me feel welcomed. Time being the hot commodity that it is today, I am so sorry I wasted my time going elsewhere before coming to see you.
I also want to say thank you for taking the time to talk to me and explaing everything, without making me feel stupid. In my experience, when you ask a doctor a question they usually stare at the floor, mumble something you can't understand and try to get out of their office as soon as possible.
You made me feel like you cared, plenty of other doctors could take lessons from you.

What a pleasure it was for me to have my eye care needs performed by Moran and Mauri Eye Center.
Five years ago, I relocated to Florida from New York where I worked on Wall Street for a number of years. Thank you so very much for your thoughts and the magnificent orchid that you sent to David. It was so nice of you to send the orchid, and we assure you it will have a GREAT home!!
David is doing a bit better now, though we are told it will be a long time (months) before he will be able to be very rambunctious again. At the moment, he finds it a challenge to walk slowly for even 8-10 minutes, but even that is an improvement so we are not complaining.

Im sorry I didn't write before, but I've been having a lot of work lately. I wanted to thank you for all the patience and care you and your staff gave me. The glasses I bought are beautiful and it seems as if I had them for years. Even though they are progressive I haven't had any trouble. The first time you gave them to me I felt great and could see so clear it was amazing. I was going to drive home with my old glasses, but I felt so comfortable that I wore the new ones and got home perfectly well. I even read signs that I couldn't read before. I felt like a little girl discovering new things.

The balance of your donation was applied to the cost of a Paul Bell monument. As you can see, we used your donation in many areas of our school.
